At LSI Tools, we are continually growing and expanding as we look for new opportunities for our clients to save time and money, and maximize their productivity and efficiency in every way. Across the board, our clients had some big and positive changes in 2018, and as a result, LSI Tools did too!

So in case you missed some of the new features, tools, and attributes that we launched in the last year, here’s a closer look at just a few of the enhancements that we were excited to share with our clients in 2018.

Housekeeping and Maintenance Additions

In Schedule Pro, we launched a brand new “Planner” feature that allows you to move and adjust any upcoming date or schedule type (housekeeping, pool and spa, inspection, etc.), with just a couple of clicks. We also made it easier to track when your cleaners and inspectors have been contacted, and confirm they are aware of their assignments, via the ability to see who has viewed and opened their email. We also created a brand new responsive design for vendors in the field to easily access all essential information.

Readiness Plus Additions

We made it easier than ever to schedule those off-season cleans and to balance your cleaners’ workload by adding an “Advance Ready” option that allows you to note that a home is ready before the actual check-in day.

Owner Additions

Owner Web has a brand new responsive design that makes it easy for your owners to obtain pertinent information on a desktop, phone, tablet, or other device. The streamlined look and feel still contains all the essential data, such as reservations calendar, statements, the ability to make an owner reservation, and more. You can also now share even more information with your owners by triggering an email that notifies the owner when a home has been serviced, deep cleaned or inspected, etc.

Rental Insight Additions

The week-to-week report now has an option to filter results by book type, and has custom color coding to make it easier than ever to review. We also now pull historical rates once the date for the rate has passed, so property managers can easily know the original rate when going back in to dig deeper in pricing.

Guest Web and ResMail Pro Additions

We have upgraded our integration with new travel insurance standards, and guests can also now see and access a full payment history and schedule to make it easier than ever to plan their vacation.
