RezText
Coming soon in 2019 or early 2020, LSI’s newest tool will transform the way you communicate with your guests throughout their stay. Send easy-to-access text messages with information on check-out times, trash schedules, housekeeping reminders, or any housekeeping request or important message. Alert guests to fun events or activities in your area, or use RezText to maximize your income by offering late check-outs, early check-ins, towels and linens, trip insurance and more as the possibilities are endless on how this new tool can be utilized to enhance your revenue and your guest relationships!
Data Insights
New Tool
This new tool was launched in 2018, and allows you to track your company’s progress in the vacation rental industry on a local, state, and even national level through detailed yet streamlined reporting on comparable pricing, seasonal availability, performance, and so much more.
Housekeeping & Maintenance Modules
New Load Balance and Planner
With Schedule Pro Planner, you can move and adjust any upcoming date or schedule type (housekeeping, pool and spa, inspection, etc.) with just a couple of clicks. You can make bulk moves and load balance your schedule, (i.e., “my non-back-to-back homes,” “need to be cleaned the following day,” etc.), review available dates via an easy-to-scan dashboard, and make changes to your schedule that are reflected throughout Schedule Pro.
New Assignment Confirmation
You can now look at who is assigned and can mark them as confirmed. You can see when the cleaner/Inspector has viewed or opened their email, and can ensure that your cleaners have been contacted and are aware of all assignments.
New Responsive Design
The mobile component of Schedule Pro now has a new responsive design that makes it easier than ever for vendors in the field to obtain schedules, review pertinent information, upload images, add notes, and set tasks to complete.
Triggered Email Notification
Field staff can now complete lists with tasks which automatically notify other staff members. i.e., for scenarios when there was damage at the house, an immediate maintenance need or issue, or something beyond the standard service. When field staff check the box on their list, an in-house notification is triggered immediately and pictures/notes are attached.
Improved Vendor/Field Staff Portal – for cleaners and vendors
Field staff can now see scheduled work, property and maintenance information, complete lists, attach photos and information, as well as check in/out of readiness plus with the click of a button.
Audit Rules
These rules allow you to do unusual repeat tasks such as “Go check the pool filter every Wednesday,” or “For every home that is occupied, drive by every Tuesday to inspect from the outside,” or “For every third Wednesday, schedule a clean for this home.” These rules will automatically schedule these tasks and put them on the schedule.
Readiness Plus
Advance Ready option
The new Advance Ready feature in Readiness Plus allows you to mark that a home is ready before the actual check-in day. This option will appear if the home is ready for occupancy, and has a future arrival, and not an arrival on the current day. This way, you can tell which rentals are advance date ready properties, and which are current date ready properties.
Owner Modules
New responsive design
Owner Web has a new responsive design that makes it easy for your owners to obtain pertinent information on a desktop, phone, tablet, or other device. The streamlined look and feel still contains all Owner Web menu items and data, such as reservations calendar, statements, the ability to make an owner reservation, and more.
Triggered email upon service
You can now share even more information with Owners by triggering an email that sends to the owner when a home has been serviced, deep cleaned or inspected, etc.
Rental Insight
Additional week-to-week report categories
The week-to-week report now has an option to filter results by book type, and has custom color coding to make it easier than ever to review.
Historical rate information now stored
We now pull historical rates via API once the date for the rate has passed, so Property Managers can know the original rate when going back in to dig deeper in pricing.
Guest Web and ResMail Pro
Travel insurance changes
New integration with new travel insurance standards. Guests can now see a full payment history and schedule.
